Service scope
ORYH provides an enterprise record and governance layer for compatible AI agents. Enterprise pilot participation, company registration, and product access may be reviewed or limited based on eligibility, security, capacity, and service readiness.
Organization authority
Applicants and users must be authorized to act for the organization they identify. Account information must be accurate and kept current. Credentials are personal or organization-scoped and must not be shared outside their approved purpose.
Authorized use
Users may access only organizations, capabilities, and records they are permitted to use. They must not bypass identity, tenant separation, permission checks, workflow state, confirmation requirements, rate limits, security controls, or audit history, or use ORYH to violate law or third-party rights.
Connected agents
Connecting an agent does not expand a user's authority. Organizations are responsible for selecting and supervising agent runtimes, reviewing their outputs, and defining appropriate confirmation, approval, data-handling, and human-oversight boundaries.
Company data
Organizations retain their rights in data submitted to ORYH and grant ORYH permission to process it only to operate, secure, support, and improve the contracted service. Users must have the necessary rights to submit that data.
Availability and changes
Preview, enterprise pilot, and planned capabilities may change before general availability. Current availability is identified on the relevant product page or in the applicable service agreement. We may suspend access needed to address security, abuse, legal, or operational risk.
Ending use
An organization may stop using the service subject to its agreement and outstanding obligations. ORYH may reject an application or terminate access for material breach, security risk, non-payment, or unlawful use. Data export and deletion follow the applicable agreement and Privacy Notice.
