Information we process
ORYH processes information submitted through enterprise pilot applications, company registration, sign-in, support, connected agents, and product use. This can include corporate contact details, company profile and workflow-readiness answers, authentication events, device metadata, permissions, business records, workflow state, and audit evidence.
How we use it
We use this information to review applications and registrations, operate and secure the service, provide requested capabilities, prevent abuse, troubleshoot incidents, maintain auditability, and communicate with an organization about ORYH. We do not sell personal information.
Access and sharing
Enterprise pilot applications and registration requests are visible only to authenticated platform administrators. Workspace records are governed by company identity, role permissions, and tenant-separation controls. We may use infrastructure, email, security, and support providers only as needed to operate the service or comply with law.
Retention
Application and review records are retained for up to 24 months after the last review action unless a longer period is required for security, dispute resolution, or legal compliance. Active workspace records follow the organization's service agreement and configured retention controls.
Your choices
An authorized contact may request access, correction, or deletion of application information by emailing security@oryh.ai. Some evidence may be retained where necessary to protect the service, preserve audit integrity, or meet legal obligations.
Security and updates
ORYH uses access controls, scoped credentials, validation, workflow enforcement, and audit records to protect service data. No system is risk-free; suspected security issues should be reported through the Security Contact page. Material changes to this notice will be reflected by a new effective date.
